He deserves a doggy treat for effort.
This crafty hound is so determined to get his paws on some food, he sneaks into his owner's empty kitchen with a cunning plan.
Phase one is to form an impromptu ladder using drawers to gain access to the work surface.

So our nameless hero stands on his hind legs and uses his paws to open a drawer.
He then jumps into the drawer, finds his balance, and slowly but surely opens another drawer, which he again jumps into.

From there, he delicately manoeuvres himself onto the hob, turns around and heads over to the sink.
Looking like a good place to have a sniff around, our four-legged friend half-disappears for an explore.
Perhaps realising the cupboard is where the action really lies, the dog walks over and opens it with his left paw.

Now really excited, he stands on his hind legs and sticks his head into the cupboard for a good rummage around.
It is then that things take an unfortunate turn for the worse - losing his balance, the dog falls onto the work surface.
Slowly regaining his composure, he then appears to have a change of heart - perhaps remembering he is man's best friend after all.
So he jumps down to the floor and slinks away before anyone can put him into the dog house.
