A baby South-American jaguar named Pawa is pictured with its mother Ninja, a spotted jaguar, on October 14, 2009 at the Amneville zoo, eastern France. The baby was born on October 4, 2009. Jaguars are considered as an endangered species due to deforestation and fur trapping.
